Mercure Bali Legian

After only a day, here’s a few notes on the hotel we are staying at: The Mercure Bali Legian.

Actually, most of our first impressions here have been to do with breakfast. While we have no complaints about the hotel, the breakfast is certainly a highlight.

Sitting down for breakfast together
So many choices
Less traditional (for Australians) breakfast options
The decor is not bad
Plenty of fresh juice options

Besides a big breakfast, the hotel also offers two pools. Neither is particularly large, but one is unique in almost offering you a good view of the street below (it is located on the fourth floor).

  1. Looks great. With a breakfast like that you won’t need lunch. How many days are you in this hotel?

      1. Ubud yay! our favourite. If you need recommendations: have dinner at Murni’s Warung and then walk to Bridges for a drink.

        1. Thanks for the tips! Murni’s looks like exactly the sort of place we’d enjoy, and is not too far from where we are staying, either. I’ll let you know how it goes.
